These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services, including dance classes, workshops, and special events.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all agreements made via our website Rhythmic Step Top, as well as for all services and events we offer.

2. Services

We provide a variety of dance-related services, including:

Registration for dance classes and workshops.
Private lessons and personalized training programs.
Special dance events and performances.
Online dance tutorials and video content.

3. Booking & Contract Agreement

Submitting a booking request through our website does not yet form a binding agreement. The contract is only confirmed once we approve it via email or in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and include applicable taxes.
Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
For private coaching or event bookings, a deposit may be required.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

Up to 7 days before the class/event: Full refund.
Less than 7 days: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours: No refund.

6. Liability & Safety

Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and should consult a doctor before engaging in dance activities.
Rhythmic Step Top is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring during classes or events.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings at our premises.

7. Use of Media & Content

Photos or videos taken during classes or events may be used for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform us in writing before the event.
Unauthorized distribution of our online tutorials or content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
